Chemical injection port
PNP-C010

Chemical injection port is critical tool for integrated chemical injection system, required special design to minimize potential human error and direct contact debris from reservoir which generate blockage in the chemical injection line system.

Diffuser, multi hole which distribute the injection point, incase one hole is blockage, allowed other hole to flow the chemical.

Directional hole port, allowed the determine the direction of the chemical to the safe chemical injection point direction.

Scale Breaker, it eliminate contaminate debris from reservoir such as scale or wax to direct contact with chemical injection hole port.

Check valve, only allow one flow direction from chmical line to downhole but not give permission any reservoir debris enter the chemical line.

Stainless still material is the standard which capable sustain in corrosive environment. on request available specific material such as brass or 718 inconel.

Plunger lift
